Shipping & Returns


We ship all orders from our warehouse in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. Orders will dispatched within 2 business days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Australia Post. Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment.

If there is a backorder for products that are temporarily out of stock, the customer will be notified via an email.

Use Shipping Cost Estimation function on the shopping cart to give you an indication of the shipping cost of your order.


Shipment within Australia

Australian customers have 2 options to have their orders shipped from OZMiniGuitar:

Regular Post - Tracking number is provided and trackable through Australia Post website.

Expected delivery time after processing time (1-2 business days):

State Delivery Time
VIC 1 - 2 business days
NSW/ACT      3 - 4 business days
QLD 4 - 6 business days
NT/WA up to 11 business days
TAS/SA 3 - 4 business days


Express Post - This is an express service from Australia Post that guarantee next business day delivery through their Express Post Delivery Network. View the list of the postcodes that are part of the Express Post Network here.

Shipment to Worldwide

International customers have 3 delivery options:

Standard - Delivered within 6 to 15 business days depending on the destination. Tracking number is provided.

Express - Delivered within 5 to 10 business days. Provides priority handling, full tracking number and signature on delivery.

International customers are responsible for any custom duties, taxes or fees payable on the destination country. 

The delivery timeframe above excludes time in Customs clearance.


Returns Policy

OZMiniGuitar takes pride in ensuring that your orders are packed carefully and arrive safely to your nominated delivery address. We recognise the importance of buying mint condition collectables and do the best we possibly can to ensure they remain that way from door to door.

However, sometimes items do become damaged in transit or there is some sort of manufacturing defect thereby making the goods unfit for their intended purpose. If this is the case with your item, please contact OZMiniGuitar immediately via Contact Us section and mention your order number.

OZMiniGuitar will only accept returns, process refunds, or exchange goods if we are contacted or notified within 7 days of you receiving the goods at your nominated delivery address.

Upon us receiving the notification of damage or a manufacturing defect, we may request photographic evidence of the parcel and/or the particular product that has the issue. We will review this photo and contact you at our earliest convenience to discuss your options in relation to the product issue.

OZMiniGuitar deals in popular merchandise and at times products do pre-sell out and sell out shortly after arriving into stock. As such, if your goods received turn out to be damaged or defective, we will endeavour to replace the goods but this is always subject to availability. If the goods have subsequently sold out, you will be given a full refund or store credit instead, upon you returning the damaged item back to us.

OZMiniGuitar will only issue refunds, exchange products and/or issue store credits if the defective item is returned to us in exactly the same condition it was received by the customer.

OZMiniGuitar will cover the shipping cost of defective item from the customer's nominated delivery address to our warehouse in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. OZminiGuitar reserves the right not to reimburse postage costs unless it expressly approves of the item being returned to us therefore it is very important that if you have got a defective or damaged item, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving that item.
