Shipments and Returns

Shipments

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Australia Post. Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment.

Shipment within Australia

In normal cases, it takes 2 to 4 days to arrive depending on the location. Purchases more than 500 grams (more than 3 guitars) would be sent via Registered Post.

Shipment to Worldwide

Overseas shipment takes 5 to 10 working days. Purchases less than 500 grams (1 to 3 guitars) have the option of cheaper postage but no tracking number provided. While purchases more than 500 grams would be sent via Registered Post International. Once the order has been dispatched we will email you the tracking number.

Returns and Refunds

If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please return it in its original condition within 7 days with all packaging, and a full refund (excluding P&H) will be given. Please email us prior to returning any item to arrange a replacement or refund. We recommend that you send any item by Registered Post as we will not accept any responsibility for the loss of items in transit.
